MONITORING Our UL listed central monitoring facility is located in Louisiana. In the event of an emergency or natural disaster all signals will be handled by our out of state facility. Our trained and certified central station operators are familiar with the local area and requirements of the local authorities. This will greatly improve the service to our clients which can provide faster service when dispatching fire, law enforcement, or medical emergency personnel.
Toca Alarm has the latest state of the art equipment for receiving and processing incoming alarm signals from our fully redundant computer system. We always maintain fully operational spares for all our vital equipment such as telephone systems, alarm receivers, and computers, as well as on-site generators and backup batteries.
